Position: Category: Exempt/Part-time Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Recreation, Sociology or Human Services strongly preferred or equivalent education and/or experience. High School diploma required. Minimum of one year work experience in a group leadership position with youth. Valid Duties and Responsibilities: Position: Group Exercise Instructor – Water Aerobics Category: Non-Exempt Position Description: Part time position instructing morning water aerobics classes (8:00 - 10:00am). Applicant must hold a current nationally recognized certification for fitness instructors, and have previous teaching experience in aquatic group exercise programs. Excellent communication skills are mandatory. Prefer applicant with American Red Cross certification. Position: Lifeguard Category: Non-Exempt Position Description: Part-time lifeguards needed for indoor pool. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of swimming, lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certification.
