Position: Site Coordinator of Youth Development

Position Objective - Assist families of the assigned community in becoming self sufficient through provision of daily services designed to meet the needs of their school age children and assisting parents/guardians in security other needed services from the greater community.  Education/Experience -   Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Recreation, Sociology or Human Services strongly preferred, or equivalent education and/or experience.  Minimum of two years work experience in a group leadership position with youth.  Valid North Carolina driver’s license and ability to work weekends and evenings.  Please submit resume via e-mail to ybynum@ywcacentralcarolinas.org

Position: Assistant Site Coordinator of Youth Development

Position Objective -  Part time position.  Supports the Site Coordinator with the implementation of daily programs for school age children and their families.  Education/Experience - High School Diploma required. In Social Work, Recreation, Sociology, or Human Services, or equivalent education/or experience strongly preferred. A minimum of one year work experience in a group leadership position with youth. Position: Lifeguard
Category: Non-Exempt
Department / Division: Aquatics
Reports to: Director of Fitness, Andrea Greene 
Position description: Part-time lifeguards needed for indoor pool. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of swimming, lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certification.
