Free Run for Your Life Lunch & Learn
Complimentary Running Clinic 5/23 @ 12pm – 1pm (YWCA Art Gallery)
Join a representative from Run for Your Life and learn. Feel free to bring your lunch! A running specialist will provide an introduction and tips to walking and running to include:
· How to correct pain or discomfort in your feet, knees or hips when walking or running.
· How you can get started or improve your walking or running training.
· Injury Prevention Tips and more.
