Class News:

Beginning in June the Wed 6am and Friday 6am Spin Classes will be temporarily CANCELLED until we secure instructors.  Monday 6:15am spin will begin at 6am.

Enjoy the DVD Exercise Library when classes are not in session in the STUDIO. DVD’s are located in the Studio. Check out at the front desk or bring your own!

YWCA Run Club:
